We woke up this morning to snow everywhere! It hasn't snowed since we first moved to our house in 2004. I ran out with my camera because I didn't know how long the snow would keep sticking to the ground and didn't want to miss the chance to get some photos. Looks like I didn't need to worry though, this could go for awhile. The kids stayed home from school, there isn't an official snow day at school, but that's because they don't have official snow days in Louisiana. I'm posting some photos, including our Christmas Special family photo of the kid's with the family cat, Joey, and a photo at night of our Christmas lights. It looks like the Christmas Special of the Roof-top-Santa was appropriate this year.
